Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by collaborating with colleagues and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Provide expert product recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of cannabis strains and consumption methods.
• Educate customers about cannabis products, including uses, potential risks, and legal regulations.
• Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to tailor recommendations accordingly.
• Maintain accurate inventory by monitoring stock levels and restocking shelves as needed.
• Uphold all legal and regulatory requirements related to cannabis operations.
• Process customer transactions efficiently while adhering to legal and company policies.
• Reconcile and verify the accuracy of the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass state requirements for working in a cannabis operation.
• Prior retail customer service experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of various cannabis strains, consumption methods, and their effects is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
