About the position
Enlighten Dispensary is seeking part-time Budtenders responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients aged 21 and older. The role involves multitasking, managing stress, and assisting with the operations of the dispensary while adhering to company policies. Budtenders will engage with customers, process orders, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential due to the nature of the shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Maintain a clean and presentable station area.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to customers of varying experience levels.
- Process customer orders and payments using POS software.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the transaction process.
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with side work, staging, stocking, and cleaning during downtime.
- Maintain fully stocked and clean POS counters.
- Complete opening and closing cleaning and organization tasks.
- Participate in staff cleanings and meetings as needed.
- Assist with customer check-ins and kiosk support.
- Adhere to company SOPs and CRC guidelines.
- Support management in motivating, training, and coaching staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, edibles, and extracts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and precise math skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain composure.
Nice-to-haves
- Dispensary sales experience preferred.
