Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Inform and recommend products for customers depending on their individual needs
• Ensure accurate cash handling and register management
• Effectively perform register transactions without errors or shortages
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Restock products
• Perform cycle counts
• Provide feedback and suggestions to the manager to continuously improve the customer and employee experience
• Maintain cleanliness, including dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization of the dispensary
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must speak/write English proficiently
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be detail-oriented and take directions well
• Must be able to stand, sit for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers for data entry, and perform some lifting, squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
