About the position

The Budweiser NA Sales Representative at 7G Distributing is responsible for driving profitable volume growth and market share for non-alcoholic brands. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring best-in-market service through effective planning and execution management. The Sales Rep will lead by example, promoting teamwork and cooperation while achieving sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Increase volume and distribution for NA Brands in assigned accounts as established in the annual plan.
  • Sell new package placements as prioritized by monthly sales goals.
  • Dominate merchandising in all assigned accounts.
  • Maintain structured sales call frequency for all assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and transmit orders consistent with retail needs before the order cut-off time.
  • Utilize handheld order entry and account management tools to prevent out of stocks.
  • Advise and train retailers on selling, merchandising, and pricing products.
  • Monitor competitive trends and adjust selling strategies accordingly.
  • Communicate competitive trends to the Sales Team Leader.
  • Maintain control of retailer inventories to minimize out of stocks.
  • Ensure product quality standards are maintained through proper rotation.
  • Demonstrate team-building cooperation with sales, delivery, and merchandising personnel.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings to discuss objectives and accomplishments.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with account management and customer service.
  • Proficiency in using handheld devices and sales software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the beverage industry, particularly with non-alcoholic brands.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and retail strategies.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices.
