About The Position

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers, Cashiers, and Greeters to join their team in Rancho Cucamonga. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fun, high-energy environment where sports and great food are the focus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving guests, handling cash transactions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Occasional use of motion including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
• 1 year of serving experience (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of cash handling experience (preferred).
• Food Handler Certification (preferred).

• Experience in a high-energy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently.
• Fill orders and suggestively sell menu items.
• Receive money and accurately count back change.
• Be responsible for all cash issued and received at the register during the shift.
• Count down the drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy.
• Create a unique, personal experience for each guest by making personal connections and responding with genuine suggestions.
• Drive customer loyalty through engaging conversations about sports and food pairings.
