You will be part of our BUILD program and will work with a variety of teams during a series of rotational assignments over the course of 2 years. Rotations will fall within a broad range of teams across multiple capabilities and functions within our firm. Based in the New York office, you will build a network of peers and mentors, develop your personal leadership toolkit, and build on your strengths. As a BUILD Fellow, you will learn various tools and skills, core business essentials, advanced communication tactics, and foundational problem-solving methods. BUILD is a 2-year rotational opportunity for university graduates from select colleges and universities in Georgia, where you will gain real world professional experience across various pathways at McKinsey. At the end of the 2-year development program, you may apply for available full-time open positions or pursue other external opportunities. Availability of full-time roles at McKinsey is not guaranteed.
