The Building Automation Sales/Project Developer role is focused on managing and developing HVAC controls projects within the San Francisco Bay Area. This position offers an opportunity to work in a premier independent HVAC Controls and Energy Services group, where the individual will be responsible for driving complex projects from inception to completion while building strong client relationships. The role emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and client satisfaction in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and create projects for your own book of business.
• Drive complex, major projects leading the overall direction, execution, and completion of projects.
• Actively engage in identifying new project opportunities and building client relationships.
• Provide cradle-to-grave development and oversight of projects.
• Communicate effectively with professionals at all levels and clients to complete projects and overcome obstacles.
• Utilize project management software to track scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of HVAC controls/building automation experience in a technical, project development/management, or sales capacity.
• Bachelor's/Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong financial tracking skills and experience using project management software.
• Effective communication skills.
