About the position
As a Building Automation Systems Tech Support Specialist at Honeywell, you will provide essential technical support to customers in the Building Automation business unit. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to HVAC and Refrigeration systems, ensuring the efficient operation of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive the success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex HVAC and Refrigeration technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical support strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and tools.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support HVAC and Refrigeration technical support or a similar role or a related role with BAS systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Experience in the Building Automation Systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with Building Automation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
