About the position
ENE Systems of New Hampshire is looking for a skilled Building Automation Technician to join their team. The role involves the installation, programming, and commissioning of Automated Temperature Control (ATC) systems, requiring a strong background in HVAC systems and components. The technician will work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring systems are set up correctly and functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
- Perform point to point check out of new installations
- Program controllers to meet required sequence of operations
- Create system graphics
- Commission ATC systems
- Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on ATC systems
- Possess basic leadership skills to train and mentor other technicians
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship
- 2 years of experience setting up and programming systems
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
