About The Position
Jamestown is recruiting for a Building Engineer for mixed-use property, Ponce City Market. The Building Engineer is responsible for performing assigned maintenance and repairs that maximize the effectiveness of the property's operation and the proper functioning of its systems and equipment. The duties requires adherence to company policies, established safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The successful Building Engineer is consistently thorough, exacting, committed to keeping systems and equipment in good order, and supporting other members of the property team.
