About The Position

Requirements

• Considerable knowledge of maintenance, repair, and construction methods and materials.
• Ability to coordinate and direct the work of skilled and semi-skilled craftsmen and laborers.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to maintain work records and create reports.
• Familiarity with key bargaining agreements.
• Ability to plan and sketch maintenance and repair details.
• Sufficient computer skills for maintenance management systems.
