The Building Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the Building Superintendent by performing a variety of general maintenance, repair, and cleaning duties to ensure that all Lincoln County buildings are safe and well-maintained. This position is essential for maintaining the functionality and appearance of the facilities, which includes both interior and exterior maintenance tasks. The technician will be involved in a range of activities from grounds maintenance to minor repairs of fixtures and equipment, ensuring that the buildings are not only clean but also operationally sound. The role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, with responsibilities that extend to routine cleaning tasks as needed, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for all building users.
