Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections of buildings and facilities.
  • Prepare rooms for various uses and events.
  • Lead independent projects including flooring repair, carpentry, upholstery, and woodworking.
  • Support various teams including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, and Culinary.
  • Maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of the campus facilities.

Requirements

  • Experience with general building maintenance including basic electric, plumbing, painting, or repair work.
  • Must live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate.
  • Availability to work second shift.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
