The technician will also be responsible for training other staff members and participating in a standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage. The Maintenance Technician will manage stock control and the utilization of maintenance materials, assist the resident manager in scheduling annual apartment inspections, and ensure that apartments are refurbished prior to resident occupancy.
