The Building Maintenance position at Sea Oaks involves performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the property. Responsibilities

• Blow off walks and courtyards
• Bleach sidewalks and streets as needed
• Clean debris from roadside and sidewalks
• Paint street light poles as needed (black)
• Pressure wash front walks and driveways as needed
• Pressure wash entire home once during summer
• Test and report irrigation problem areas
• Oil all locks (Entry and courtyard)
• Check lights and timers and replace bulbs as needed
• Treat ant hills and check for and remove wasp nests
• Remove weeds on driveways and sidewalks (Use round-up where necessary)
• Clean street lighting of leaves and debris and replace glass panes when necessary
• Look for hazards
• Paint all street signs (Annually)
• Complete all work orders
• Report anything unusual to your supervisor
• Clean all first floor gutters (Report all second floor gutters to your supervisor)
• Walk buildings for broken sentricon stations and report irregularities
• Update all postings at the mailbox
• Paint Stop bars and any other street lines (Bi-annually)
