About the position

The Sr. Specialist Building Operations role at Target involves overseeing the maintenance, operations, and repairs of headquarters properties. Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, lighting systems, door hardware, restroom plumbing systems, life safety systems, and building management systems.
• Respond to work order requests using a robust work order system.
• Collaborate on special projects as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the building maintenance field with a broad base of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Skilled in the operation of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25'.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves
