The specialist will work closely with existing Bulk Specialists, District Managers, Altec resources, Radnor marketing teams, and Account Managers to develop a comprehensive set of market leads. The role requires a proactive approach to connect with and qualify each lead before engaging local Bulk specialists, ensuring a streamlined process for business development. The ideal candidate will possess high-level experience in collaborating with multiple internal groups to create effective marketing programs. A strong ability to penetrate accounts and identify key decision-makers is essential. The specialist will utilize a selling system to gather necessary information and understand client pain points, ensuring that the approach is tailored to meet specific needs. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar database management systems is crucial, as maintaining accurate and up-to-date information is a key responsibility. Responsibilities
