About the position

The Bulk Stocker/Picker position at Keefe Group involves performing various warehouse tasks, including receiving products, preparing customer orders, and shipping products. This full-time role emphasizes cross-training across distribution departments and offers opportunities for specialization. Employees will work in a non-retail environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean workspace and managing inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of the Bulk team
• Load third party and internal delivery trucks
• Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting product and correcting inventory
• Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders using mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets, and more
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Perform other duties as determined by the needs of the business

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
