Responsibilities

• Create and adjust CNC programs for burn tables to cut metal components with accuracy.
• Utilize AutoCAD (OmniWin preferred) to design and modify cutting paths based on project needs.
• Work closely with engineers to optimize designs for efficient cutting processes.
• Set up and run CNC burn tables, performing quality checks to ensure precise cuts.
• Solve any issues during the cutting process and keep machines in peak condition.

Requirements

• 2+ years in CNC burn table programming and operation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in OmniWin software a plus.
• Familiar with plasma and oxy-fuel cutting systems.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• High accuracy in programming and quality control.
• Skilled in troubleshooting cutting and machine issues.
