About the position

The Bus Driver Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the transportation operations within the Klein Independent School District. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the schedules of bus drivers to ensure timely transportation services.

• Communicate with parents, school staff, and transportation personnel regarding transportation issues and concerns.
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring process of new bus drivers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in transportation or management preferred.
• Previous experience in transportation management or a related field is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with school transportation systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal transportation regulations.
