The City of Simi Valley is seeking a part-time Bus Driver to join its Transit Division team. Responsibilities
- Drive a heavy-duty transit vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Follow operational schedules and routes as assigned.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, especially those with disabilities or senior citizens.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
- At least one year of experience operating a transit vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
