About the position

The Bus Systems Ops Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems to ensure they align with organizational goals. This role involves managing a team, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring IT infrastructure supports business requirements. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and managing vendor relationships to enhance system efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interview and select candidates for openings.
• Set goals for associates and assign tasks/duties.
• Conduct on-the-job training and develop associates' skills.
• Prepare disciplinary write-ups and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and software upgrades.
• Lead operational process optimization to streamline workflows.
• Develop KPIs to measure performance of business systems and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage IT budget and monitor security protocols.
• Oversee IT support and system maintenance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.
• 4+ years experience in IT with knowledge in application service delivery.
• Detailed understanding of RPA product capabilities and industry knowledge.
