About the position

The Business Account Executive 3, SMB Direct Sales (Outside Sales) at Comcast is responsible for selling Comcast's Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on advanced communications solutions and requires the creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations. The executive will work to exceed departmental financial and unit targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and developing local business partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
  • Develop local business partnerships and enhance Comcast's positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling and customer referrals.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance communication for prospects.
  • Manage a territory with a comprehensive business plan and high activity levels.
  • Team with technical and customer service staff to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet monthly quota performance.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Comcast products and services
  • Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations
  • Experience in territory management and business development

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in advanced communications solutions such as PRI and Hosted PBX
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape and emerging technologies
  • Strong consultative selling skills

  • Base Pay: $56,000.00
  • Total Target Compensation: $106,000.00
