Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
  • Develop local business partnerships and enhance Comcast's brand positioning.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling and customer referrals.
  • Identify areas for improvement in clients' communication processes.
  • Manage a territory with a comprehensive business plan.
  • Team with technical and customer service staff to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet monthly quota performance.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
