Responsibilities

• Develop local business partnerships and enhance Comcast's brand positioning.
• Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive Comcast experience.
• Acquire new customers for Comcast's Internet, Video, and Voice services.
• Generate leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling and referrals.
• Focus on advanced communication solutions including PRI and Hosted PBX.
• Identify areas for improvement in clients' communication processes.
• Manage a defined territory with a comprehensive business plan.
• Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet sales quotas.
• Stay knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
