About the position

As a Business Account Expert at T-Mobile, you will serve as an Inside Sales Representative in the Business Channel, focusing on marketing the company's portfolio of business products and services to existing customers. This role emphasizes account management and solutions-based selling, where you will analyze customer needs and customize wireless voice and data products to maintain and grow accounts. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas through high-volume customer interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily customer communication and follow-up through various channels including phone calls and emails.
  • Perform research to understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Select appropriate product/service messaging based on customer research.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from initial contact to order finalization.
  • Attend required product and service training to maintain in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile offerings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2 years of experience in an outbound call center or related sales position (Required)
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com for managing customer interactions (Preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment (Required)
  • Superior listening and communication skills (Required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with customer relations tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outlook, and WebEx Meetings (Preferred)
