Requirements

• 4-7 years of account experience in a creative advertising agency.
• Proven track record of building trust and respect through critical thinking and composure under stress.
• Experience in video production with national or global brands.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence to manage team dynamics and tough conversations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines.
