About The Position

Waynesburg University is seeking a part-time faculty member for the Business Administration department, beginning in Fall 2024. The position involves teaching data analytics and general business courses on campus. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Business or a related field required (Doctorate preferred)
• Quality teaching experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of data analytics and data visualization
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and similar software
• History of teaching with a demonstrated capacity to embrace and use experiential and active learning techniques
• Experience with the development of course materials in traditional, hybrid, and online LMS systems
• Demonstrated strong Christian faith and commitment to the University's Mission

Nice To Haves

• Professional experience with an advanced degree
• Experience in mentoring students

Responsibilities

• Teach six to nine credit hours per semester in data analytics and other business areas as needed.
