Adjunct faculty at Aurora University are part-time instructors who are offered teaching opportunities based on course demand and staffing needs. The university is currently looking for qualified instructors to join its adjunct faculty pool to teach various courses within the MBA curriculum. Courses may include Applied Research Insights and Evaluation, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Leading Organizational Development, Managerial Accounting, Marketing Management, Operations Management, and Strategic Management.

Responsibilities

  • Teach courses across the MBA curriculum based on demand and staffing needs.
  • Prepare course materials and deliver lectures to students.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field is required; terminal degree preferred.
  • Industry experience in relevant fields is preferred.
  • College-level teaching experience is preferred.
  • Availability for daytime and evening campus-based classes is preferred.
