About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI at SAP, you will be part of the newly established Business AI organization, focusing on bringing innovative AI solutions to market. This role involves designing and implementing digital strategies that enhance customer interactions with SAP's Business AI solutions across various digital channels. You will work closely with product and corporate marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective customer journey mapping and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing and web strategies to promote Business AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital and web initiatives with business goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Drive web strategy and development to ensure the company's website serves as an effective sales and marketing tool.
• Build relevant digital and web content to create a seamless and impactful customer journey.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer interactions across digital channels for key personas.
• Analyze digital and web campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide insights for optimization and ROI.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align messaging and content to customer journey stages.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to continuously improve the customer journey.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in customer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience; thereof 6-8 years in product marketing.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); Master's/MBA preferred.
