About the position

As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Regulatory Reporting organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to manage regulatory submissions, conduct quality assurance, and support data integration projects. You will also mentor junior associates and lead business analysis efforts to enhance reporting processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Complete submissions for regulatory agencies, ensuring PNC upholds regulatory compliance quality guidelines
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) validations of internal systems, reports, and data sets to authenticate the accuracy of contents
  • Partner with financial systems and regulatory reporting SMEs to draft project documentation for reporting and data integration automations
  • Manage relationships with engineering partners, establishing mutual understanding & strategic direction for change requests for regulatory reporting data management and reporting
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for regulatory agency data submissions and follow-up inquiries from regulators/examiners
  • Direct the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements
  • Participate in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting
  • Provide senior level consultation and communicate with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives
  • Consult and recommend the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams
  • Independently mentor, lead, and coach other associates to affect knowledge transfer
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation
  • Translate business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs
  • Lead multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment
  • Provide direction for the successful deployment of projects
  • Drive the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in regulatory reporting
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Experience with requirements analysis and data analytics
