About the position

As a Business Analysis Manager at Cisco Systems, you will play a crucial role in the Security and Collaboration Strategy and Planning Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to define, articulate, and prioritize the work necessary to drive design across various products and teams, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. This position involves leading the entire product life cycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and support, while working in a dynamic and agile environment with innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive capability co-design sessions and assess requirements.
• Evaluate IT solutions on quality and influence delivery options.
• Align with business architecture, business rules, and critical business decisions.
• Support testing strategy and plan, including writing test scenarios and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Implement and improve SaaS business processes end-to-end.
• Serve as the conduit to the DevOps team and collaborate with Sales Operations.
• Identify, document, and communicate process changes to users.
• Apply Agile methodologies and work in sprints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience using Salesforce for demand generation and account management.
• 5+ years of experience translating requirements using collaboration and visualization tools.
• 2+ years of experience using marketing automation tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in Aha and JIRA.
• Experience using dashboards/BI tools such as Tableau to build reports.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
