About the position

As a Business Analysis Manager in the Planning & Operations team at Cisco, you will play a crucial role in driving the Security and Collaboration Strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to define, articulate, and prioritize the work necessary to develop innovative solutions across various products and teams. This position involves leading the entire product life cycle, from requirement analysis to deployment, while applying agile methodologies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive capability co-design sessions and assess requirements.
• Evaluate IT solutions for quality and influence delivery options.
• Align with business architecture rules, policies, and critical business decisions.
• Support testing strategy and plan, including writing test scenarios and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Implement and improve SaaS business processes end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team and Sales Operations.
• Identify, document, and communicate process changes to users.
• Apply Agile methodologies and work in sprints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience using Salesforce for demand generation and lifecycle management.
• 5+ years of experience translating requirements using collaboration and visualization tools.
• 2+ years of experience using marketing automation tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in Aha and JIRA.
• Experience using dashboards/BI tools such as Tableau.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Familiarity with Cisco technologies.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent planning, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
