About the position

The Business Analyst I at NTT DATA is responsible for providing primary support for user applications, including the core claims adjudication system and Microsoft Office software. This role involves developing new applications and processes while adapting to the evolving requirements of the Information Technologies industry. The Business Analyst must work effectively in a dynamic environment, ensuring that client standards are met and that adequate computer desktop support is provided within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for user applications, including core claims adjudication system and Microsoft Office software.
• Develop new applications and processes to meet mandatory requirements in the IT industry.
• Implement client standards and learn new technologies as they arise.
• Ensure adequate and reliable computer desktop support for employees and clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 Years Experience in Healthcare or Claims Payment industry
• 1 year of SQL language experience

Nice-to-haves

• Associate degree in a Related Field
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Knowledge of current information technology
• Ability to lead project teams for large automation projects
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs, especially Excel
• Effective communication skills with different management levels
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience with online technical troubleshooting procedures
