About the position

The Business Analyst 3-Ops role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance to support the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. The position involves developing and communicating business practices and processes, as well as training the organization on these practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
• Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives.
• Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
• Communicate economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals to management.
• Drive implementation of new processes and procedures and monitor compliance with Oracle Business Practices.

Requirements

• Experience in operational efficiency and compliance improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to measure key performance indicators.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various divisions and management.
