About the position

The Senior Business Analyst - AI Safety Training Video role at Computer Enterprises Inc. is a 24-month contract position focused on leveraging AI technology to create safety training videos for Disney Cruise Line. This position involves leading requirements gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning business needs with AI capabilities to deliver a successful proof of concept within the AI Center of Excellence. The role is critical in shaping the future of AI applications at Disney, ensuring that projects align with business goals and ethical considerations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI-generated safety training videos.
• Develop clear, concise, and detailed documentation of project requirements, process flows, and data pipelines.
• Analyze business needs to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements in safety training.
• Conduct feasibility assessments to ensure alignment between business objectives and AI capabilities.
• Work directly with the AI Video Designer to align requirements with AI generative video capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure a unified understanding of project goals.
• Identify high-level solution options for AI-driven training video production.
• Review and validate designs to ensure requirements are met and align with the project's objectives.
• Assist the Project Manager in identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and project scope.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and best practices to recommend improvements to the safety training video creation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience; or a Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Proven experience in applying business analysis techniques, including information gathering, process modeling, and requirements documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI tools used for video generation, prompt engineering, and editing.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake or vector store technologies.
• Knowledge of safety training requirements and guidelines in maritime or hospitality industries.
• Certification in AI or Generative AI technologies.
