The Business Analyst and Operations Coordinator at Equity Methods is a full-time role focused on supporting corporate functions such as Marketing, HR, and Operations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate successful recruiting initiatives with hiring managers and vendors.
  • Research and vet event logistics for recruiting events, including venue selection and catering.
  • Communicate with participants to collect information and provide updates on programs.
  • Schedule travel arrangements for out-of-state candidates.
  • Select venues and vendors for client dinner events, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support marketing efforts by tracking RSVPs and managing communication with participants.
  • Execute conference logistics, including registration and booth selection.
  • Pack and ship marketing materials for events and conferences.
  • Coordinate event invitations and manage RSVP lists.
  • Support operational initiatives and track progress on various projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, or equivalent credentials.
  • Mid-level analysis skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in research and vetting skills for event logistics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
