About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team, supporting our client in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, with a focus on credit markets. This role requires expertise in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Data Governance to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to risk management, regulatory compliance, and data governance.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, workflows, and use cases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support risk mitigation efforts across credit markets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and risk management, to deliver solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and trends in data governance and risk management to provide proactive recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the BFSI domain.
• Demonstrated expertise in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Data Governance.
• Experience with credit markets is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
