About the position

The Business Analyst BI B2B at Richemont is responsible for supporting users across various Maisons, Functions, and Divisions in leveraging data effectively through the B2B platform. This role focuses on enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities by utilizing expertise in visualization tools and database management, while fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep knowledge of Richemont BI and B2B applications landscapes and data models.
  • Participate actively in our group platforms upskilling program.
  • Providing training to KU's.
  • Ensure local Maison and Group business users are empowered to leverage their data, autonomously and on a scale.
  • Foster a data driven culture and synergies within the local community.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Act as primary point of contact for local business users on issues related to the data tools products under Richemont support.
  • Maintain the trust built with local business users (Maisons and Richemont Regional teams).
  • Promoting group tools and best practices.
  • Providing business analyst expertise to centers of excellence related data initiatives.
  • Following business related projects to ensure their success.
  • Contributes to the regional user community.
  • Works closely with the Level 3 support BI and B2B support team.
  • Create mechanisms for improving support process / procedures.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Support business initiatives.
  • Generate insights from the support activity.
  • Examine trends for clues to boost support performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in understanding data governance and supporting users in Looker.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience in Looker supporting users on issues troubleshooting.
  • Strong database / acquisition modeling to inject external data in Dashboards.

Nice-to-haves

  • MonteCarlo ML and AI experience are a plus.
  • SAP Business Intelligence / Data consumption experience are a plus.
  • Salesforce Analytics experience is a plus.
