About the position

The Business Analyst Consultant position is a fully remote role focused on compliance work related to H&C Adobe and TCPA. The consultant will be responsible for business rule configuration and managing the release process for outreach. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leaders, emphasizing project management, process refinement, and documentation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (or higher) in MIS, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information management, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures with relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with 2+ years of experience in problem investigation and resolution.
• Experience in requirements gathering and project management.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS packages, including MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Database Administrator.
