About the position

The Business Analyst Consultant role focuses on supporting H&C Adobe and TCPA compliance work, business rule configuration, and the release process for outreach. The position requires strong project management and SQL skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders. The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, process refinement, and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Focus on H&C Adobe and TCPA compliance work.
• Configure business rules and manage the release process for outreach.
• Engage in project management and process refinement/documentation.
• Utilize SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (or higher) in MIS, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information management, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures with relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with 2+ years of experience in problem investigation and resolution.
• Strong requirements gathering skills.
• Project management skills.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS packages, including MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
