About the position

The Business Analyst position focuses on supporting the State of Florida government client in Tallahassee, FL, specifically in the areas of PeopleSoft, Human Capital Management (HCM), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role requires a skilled professional to execute test plans, create test scripts, and validate system implementations, ensuring that business requirements are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans to confirm business requirements.
• Create test scripts including expected test results.
• Track and report test results effectively.
• Communicate with various stakeholders, including leadership and technical staff.
• Validate ERP implementations, particularly in PeopleSoft modules.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in Oracle Management and ERP systems.
• 3 years of experience in UAT testing, particularly with large government entities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience in implementing and/or testing ERP systems, specifically PeopleSoft modules.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with State or large government entities.
• Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59+.
• Experience developing UAT plans and working with functional users.
• Familiarity with various PeopleSoft modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
