Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the credit or consumer lending operations space.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending products and processes.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across various levels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
