The Business Analyst cum Product Owner with SQL role is a long-term contract position based in New York City, NY, offering a hybrid work model from day one, requiring in-office presence three days a week. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between end-users and engineering teams. This involves translating user pain points into functional requirements while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a large organization or a major consulting firm, focusing on business analysis within the Equity, Fixed Income, or Investment Banking sectors. Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce or Dynamics, is essential, along with hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls. The role requires excellent attention to detail, thorough documentation skills, and the ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
