About the position

The Business Analyst - Customer Data and Analytics role at Akkodis involves managing internal surveys and maintaining data visualizations and reports. This position is crucial for ensuring effective data analysis and reporting to support customer insights and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing internal surveys in the Qualtrics platform.
  • Collaborating with requestors to define survey objectives, criteria, and timelines.
  • Distributing customer surveys, monitoring completion rates, and reporting feedback.
  • Updating Tableau visualizations and dashboards to reflect key metrics.
  • Generating weekly customer platform performance and monthly contact center reports.
  • Maintaining and updating PowerPoint presentation content for team meetings.
  • Managing team tasks in SharePoint, including tracking projects and documentation.
  • Executing routine data pipeline refreshes using Python and SQL, supporting ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in survey tools such as Qualtrics.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
