About the position

The Business Analyst position at Insulet involves performing complex business and systems analysis to enhance the efficiency of the Identity and Access Management system. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and ensure that solutions meet business needs. The position supports Agile methodologies and emphasizes effective communication and documentation to facilitate project success.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex business and systems analysis work including requirements gathering and user story creation in JIRA.
• Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements working alongside business and technical teams.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies including daily scrum, planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, developers, and various stakeholders to bridge the gap between IT and business.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements, and help improve processes.
• Assist in developing supporting documentation such as system requirement specifications and functional test scripts.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project insights and plans.
• Develop user acceptance test plans and coordinate test activities.
• Provide primary Level 4 support for Identity and Access Management issues in the production environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a Business Analyst or similar position, ideally with Salesforce.com or other enterprise CRMs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or working with a commercial organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulatory-controlled industry.
