The Business Analyst (Data Analytics) role at TPA Technologies is designed for individuals who thrive at the intersection of business and technology. The role involves translating complex data insights into actionable documentation and customizing tools to enhance risk-focused business processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Product managers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Act as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements.
• Translate insights and analysis into consumable, engineering-focused documentation to emphasize the 'why' and 'what.'
• Understand tools and customize them to support risk-focused business process workflows.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in financial asset management and technology, ideally working with Data Analytics, Data Operations, Data Management, Performance, Trade Operations, and Portfolio Management.
• Strong understanding of Financial Data sets, Data Analysis, and Data Management skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to rapidly assimilate modern technology and technical concepts.
• Proven experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including seasoned engineers, to deliver exceptional products and solutions.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills by conveying complex product details effortlessly to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, Miro, ETL tools, and experience in SQL, data comparison, and Data analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Work directly with end users to understand workflows and needs.
• Involved in the implementation of Data Analytics platforms using Snowflake.
