This position focuses on data privacy initiatives, responding to ad-hoc privacy requests from various business units and customers. The analyst will be responsible for understanding and modifying requirements, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring that processes align with the necessary privacy standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in modifying and understanding requirements.
• Prior experience communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams and business units.
• Experience with root-cause analysis to identify gaps or processes that need to be changed.
• Strong experience with MO365 products including PowerPoint, Excel, Spreadsheets, and Visio.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience with data privacy projects.
