This position is part of the Innovation team at PSEG Power and is primarily responsible for the design, development, and management of various applications, application interfaces, and data sources that support PSEG Nuclear Innovation and Work Management. The role involves overseeing the management and governance of Work Management data, metrics, and reports specifically for PSEG Nuclear. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, and managing applications and reports using the Microsoft Power Platform, as well as creating ad hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI and other applications to meet the needs of the fleet. Additionally, the role requires ensuring the integrity of the Work Management network, which includes managing the interface of data between the scheduling tool and various databases associated with the work management process. The individual will serve as the lead data strategist, identifying and integrating new datasets that can be leveraged across the fleet while collaborating closely with data customers to develop data products. The position also involves devising and utilizing algorithms and models to mine big-data stores, performing data and error analysis to enhance models, and cleaning and validating data to ensure uniformity and accuracy.
