About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for designing business processes (To-be) and managing any subsequent changes to them. This involves identifying, documenting, and analyzing the business rules that govern the implementation of these processes. You will examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, existing software applications, and general business operations. Additionally, you will collate feedback on process performance, which will form the basis of future process improvement projects. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you perform analysis to detect inefficiencies within the scope of a given workflow. You will utilize various tools such as spreadsheet software, flow-charting tools, and business process analysis tools to facilitate your work. Your responsibilities will also include process improvement, business process analysis, requirements gathering, procedure analysis, procedure writing, process mapping, and workshop planning. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
